Faculty of Law and Political Sciences

The Faculty of Law and Political Sciences as one of the fifteen faculties of Kharazmi University was formed independently in 2015. It has five departments of Islamic Law and Criminal Law, Private Law, International Law, Political Sciences, and International Relations, some of which were founded in the 1990s. Currently, 969 students are following courses in the faculty for a Bachelor's degree (around 25% in Islamic Law and Basics of Islamic Law, Political Sciences), Master's degree (around 54% in Private Law, International Law, Political Sciences, International Relations), and Ph.D. (around 21% in Islamic Law and Criminal Law, Private Law, International Relations). The faculty has 34 full-time faculty members including 1 full professor, 12 associate professors, and 21 assistant professors.
